Guarionex Emmanuel
Acosta Bonifacio Guarionex Emmanuel Acosta Bonifacio was born and raised in the Dominican Republic. He trained as a physician and graduated with his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Universidad Catolica Nordestana (UCNE). After 4 years working in both the private and public sector, Guarionex decided to move to the USA. He is now a second-year Masters in Public Health (MPH) student in the Health Policy and Management track at the CUNY School of Public Health. He has one handsome son, and his wife is a psychologist. |
Katherine Diaz-MacInnis
Katherine is a Health Policy and Management student at the CUNY School of Public Health. She has over 5 years of clinical research expertise in oncology and currently interns at Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC) researching palliative care in the long-term care setting. |
Roxanne Martin
Roxanne is an Assistant Program Research Coordinator at Gynuity Health Projects, an international women's reproductive health organization. She is currently pursuing her Masters of Public Health, with a focus on Health Policy and Management at the CUNY School of Public Health. |
Adam Sammons
Adam Sammons is a second year Health Policy and Management student at the CUNY School of Public Health. Adam works at PS11 Programs, which is a community based organization situated at PS11 elementary school in Chelsea. Adam teaches health, fitness, sports and nutrition classes at PS11 to primarily third through fifth grade students as a means to advance health equity and education. |
Radhika Sood
Radhika is a Graduate Research Intern at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. Her research interests include policy analysis, mental health, health promotion, public health, nutrition, and program evaluation. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Public Health (MPH) from the CUNY School of Public Health. After completing her MPH, she plans to pursue a career in research. |
